Dry Malt Extracts

We like Dry Malt Extract, and we use a lot of it. A 3-pound bag of Dry Malt is about equivalent to 4 lbs. of malt extract syrup. Dry Malt is foamier in the boil than malt extract syrup, and it has a good, rich, malty flavor. Dry Malt is also handy because it’s easy to use only part of the container and save the rest.
