We make a real effort to bring you quality 100% Malt Extracts at good prices. Sugar is cheap, and we don't sell it as malt extract for brewing.

We don’t try to stock every Malt Extract on the market. We prefer to stock high-quality extracts that are proven to produce great beer. Most of the hundreds of names and labels of Malt Extract on the market now are just marketing terms, and the home brewer does well to substitute high-quality extracts for them when they are called for in recipes. If you see "Green Kiwi New Zealand Porter Kit" (we made that up) in a recipe, it is just a hopped dark extract. Home Brewery Hopped Dark Syrup would improve the recipe, because we know it is 100% Malt Extract. The "Green Kiwi" brands usually have a fancy name and label, but they won’t talk about what’s in their extract. We like to know what goes into our beer!

Foreman's Home Brewery will be happy to special-order any Malt Extract on the market for you. We have to order a full case, usually six cans, and we will order a case of any extract for you at a good price.
